Penerapan Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) Dalam Seleksi Calon Karyawan Pada PT. Indomarco Prismatama

Abstract
Dalam dunia kerja kemampuan akademik dan tingkat profesionalisme karyawan meruakan dua hal yang sangat dibutuhkan. Proses rekrutmen merupakan proses awal yang sangat menentukan. Dalam proses tersebut, tes seleksi yang efektif dan efisien adalah kuncinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) dengan penyelesaian masalah menggunakan Simple Addictive Weighting Method (SAW). Pemanfaatan metode ini diharapkan akan menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi tes seleksi secara elektronik yang dapat membantu tim rekrutmen dalam melakukan proses seleksi di PT. Indomarco Prismatama. Database yang digunakan adalah database MySQL. Hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan berupa aplikasi tes seleksi calon karyawan untuk mempermudah proses pemilihan calon karyawan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
